Room was perfect. It was a Suite but as we were only there for one night it was definitely worth the extra. The barmen were very helpful and chatty and food was good. Receptionists were very welcoming also. 14th May 2013, Clodagh Duggan.

It was perfect
Found the staff to be the best part of an overall pleasant and positive experience. We were happy with everything, a minor surprise was the cost of the bar sandwiches and soup and tea. Hotel is Very Family Friendly
Stayed for 2 nights with my partner and our 15 month old baby. We enjoyed our stay as the Hotel is very family friendly. The best thing about this hotel has to be the staff. Would recommend this hotel to family and friends to stay at. 22nd March 2013, Laura Curry.
Excellent two day break

Lovely hotel . Big rooms , friendly staff. Would highly recommend. Great location in the city. Right in the middle of everything. Just a short walk to the castle. The bar is nice and the breakfast was lovely. Will stay again. 26 January 2013, irish_richard
