It was perfect
Found the staff to be the best part of an overall pleasant and positive experience. We were happy with everything, a minor surprise was the cost of the bar sandwiches and soup and tea. Perhaps u could do that a little more simply and charge less. Perhaps not, a minor thing anyway. 13th April 2013, Joe Craul.

Hotel is Very Family Friendly
Stayed for 2 nights with my partner and our 15 month old baby. We enjoyed our stay as the Hotel is very family friendly. The best thing about this hotel has to be the staff. Would recommend this hotel to family and friends to stay at. 22nd March 2013, Laura Curry.

Excellent two day break
Excellent two day break could not find fault in anything apart from the weather but hey that’s Ireland! As myself and husband like to get away every now and again I would say this was a very enjoyable one, thank you. 27th March 2013, Samantha Richardson.

Great place to stay
Lovely hotel . Big rooms , friendly staff. Would highly recommend. Great location in the city. Right in the middle of everything. Just a short walk to the castle. The bar is nice and the breakfast was lovely. Will stay again. 26 January 2013, irish_richard

Perfect little get away
Christmas blues & daily stresses I was looking for a short & affordable little break to destress & I couldn’t have chosen better. My self & my friend recently stayed for two blissful nights. Our first thought was perfect location, we didn’t use our car for the 2 days as everything was in walking distance including the beautiful KO Spa…Lovely hotel, gorgeous food, spacious rooms & really comfortable beds.I left the hotel feeling well rested & ready to face the world. 16th January 2013, shiv565.

Nice Rooms, Great Location, Pleasant Staff
Formal Tea, or Coffee if you desire. Great rooms, with internet. Discounted parking across the street. This will be our choice when we return to Kilkenny. Location is perfect, staff is fantastic. Loved the extra touches. The breakfast is a buffet situation. 2 January 2013, Michael R.
Room was perfect. It was a Suite but as we were only there for one night it was definitely worth the extra. The barmen were very helpful and chatty and food was good. Receptionists were very welcoming also. 14th May 2013, Clodagh Duggan.
