Annualy it takes Ireland’s Unique Economics & Comedy Festival takes place in Kilkenny City

Kilkenomics

Kilkenomics, the world’s first economics and comedy festival, brings together some of the world’s leading economists, financial analysts and media commentators with some of our funniest, sharpest stand up comedians.

Kilkenomics has been called “Davos with jokes” and that’s probably a very good description. The format is informal and entertaining. Audiences are invited to engage with the speakers, to participate and enjoy – it’s serious, but it’s fun too and aims to remove the mystery and jargon from economics issues to make it more accessible!
